How the Star can be used to heal...

To begin with, hold the image of the Star in your mind or heart, and as you do so you are radiating light, which is love, wisdom and power. Then visualize the Star outside yourself and the person or condition you wish to help, within it. Try to avoid visualizing them as suffering, because what you are wanting to do is to help them come back to wholeness, health. What you see is that person or condition healed and balanced.

It is remarkable what this thought can do, because through the healing Star the person’s own recuperative powers, understanding and strength are stimulated. Know that the transformatory power of the Star is real and always works at the spiritual level.

The Star is a symbol of perfect health, well-being and harmony. This means that the causes of illness are released as well as the illness itself

You can also think of problems in the world in the same way: war, famine, disease and any suffering. You can visualize an animal in the star, or animals in general, and the environments in which they live. Indeed the whole planet can be held in its radiance. This way, you can play your part in the world. So can your children.
